This book talks about Greg who adopted to
a new high school. What impressed me most was that their school set up a music
club and Greg was interested in it at that time so he joined the club. However,
just after a week, he was tired of it, so he wanted to drop out the club, but
his mother didn't agree. After this, he had a stupid idea. He threw away his
own instruments, so he would not have to practice anymore. When his mother
discovered it, she was angry and scolded him.
After reading this book, I think that it
is suitable for all ages, because the book was written with simple words.
Although the book recorded Greg's life by a diary, it was not boring, but in a
humorous tone to express the ordinary trifle in life. I always look forward to
what the writer would like to bring us to the next page.
